1. Introduction

These Terms govern your use of gardenversia.com and purchases made through it. By accessing or ordering, you agree to these Terms.

3. Products

We sell flower seed packs (including promotional giveaway packs where you pay only shipping and handling), live hibiscus starter plants, and digital products and subscriptions (video courses and the Versia Garden App). Product images are representative. Natural variation in colour, size, and shape is expected and does not constitute a defect. Germination depends on growing conditions and correct sowing; see our germination guarantee in the Refund Policy.

4. Ordering and Payment

By ordering you confirm: you are 18+ or have parental consent, information provided is accurate, you authorise the payment charge. Prices displayed in the store's currency (EUR, GBP, or USD). We may change prices but not on placed orders. Payments via Stripe.

5. Subscriptions and Digital Products

Your order may include one or both of the following subscription services, each starting with a free trial whose length is disclosed at checkout: (a) the Versia Garden App and (b) the Master Gardening Video Course. When a free trial ends, the subscription renews automatically and the payment method used at checkout is charged the recurring price disclosed at checkout, at the billing frequency disclosed there, until cancelled. Trial length, recurring price and billing frequency are always shown on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase. You can cancel at any time, with effect on future billing cycles, by emailing info@gardenversia.com with the email address used at checkout. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund charges already made, except where required by law.

Versia Seed Club. At checkout you may choose to join the Versia Seed Club. Membership entitles you to a new pack of seeds each month: you select the varieties in the Versia app and we post them to the address on your order. Membership also includes the Versia app itself — day-by-day growing tasks, plant diagnosis by photo and our gardeners' community.

Joining is optional and does not change the amount you pay for your order. In our Summer Seed Giveaway the seed pack is free (you pay only shipping and handling) whether or not you join. Membership begins with a 5-day free trial; when the trial ends it renews automatically at the price and billing frequency shown next to the Seed Club option on the checkout page — currently £15.87 every four months (billed every 4 months, delivered monthly) — until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in one tap in the app, or by emailing us. Cancelling during the 5-day trial means you are never charged. Trial length, recurring price and billing frequency are always shown on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content (text, images, logos, videos, course materials) is property of Versia Garden. No reproduction without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for indirect/consequential damages. Total liability limited to the amount paid for the specific order. Not responsible for plant health after delivery if care instructions not followed.

10. Force Majeure

Not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, postal strikes, customs delays, government actions).

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Brazil. For EU customers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country also apply where they provide greater protection.

12. Dispute Resolution

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Changes posted with updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in full effect.
